Implementation included canonical ERP Financial modules configured for general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, revenue accounting, and financial reporting, with automation of journal processing and period close workflows. Governance focused on a standardized chart of accounts, approval workflows, and segregation of duties enforcement to improve control and auditability. The rollout was structured as a phased configuration and stabilization effort to onboard accounting teams and embed revised finance processes, with change management centered on role-based training and operational handoffs between finance and accounting functions. Oracle NetSuite ERP provided the application layer delivering the ERP Financial capabilities to Tech Mahindra.
