The implementation codified redline handling procedures, upload and finalization steps for fully executed Purchasing Agreements, and communication touchpoints for procurement procedures and problem resolution. Adobe Document Cloud was used to provide electronic signature certification and audit trails as part of the documented compliance and record retention configuration.
