American Woodmark Corporation implemented ADP DataCloud in 2017 as part of a Workforce Analytics initiative to centralize people data and operational reporting across its HR ecosystem. The ADP DataCloud deployment was delivered alongside ADP Vantage HCM and ADP Mobile Solutions to provide consolidated dashboards and employee self service for more than 10,000 employees across the enterprise.
ADP DataCloud was configured to deliver role based dashboards and scorecard metrics, with functional use of talent and performance analytics via ADP Talent Insights and Vantage HCM performance and talent modules. The implementation included the Vantage HCM compensation module to tie merit processes to performance data, and dashboards that surface head count, turnover, and benefits enrollment for managers and HR users.
Integrations were implemented between ADP DataCloud and ADP Vantage HCM to allow HR locations to pull information in real time, and MyADP and the ADP Mobile app were used for employee access and communication. The deployment covered HR, benefits, payroll, compensation, talent management, and workforce planning functions across 18 manufacturing and distribution facilities and eight primary service centers in the U.S. and Mexico, and included the Wisely pay card as an alternative payroll method.
The program moved annual benefits enrollment, performance management, and ACA review from manual paper processes to system driven workflows, embedding cascaded goals and scorecards into daily operations and improving visibility for managers and senior leadership. American Woodmark Corporation ADP DataCloud Workforce Analytics now supports near real time reporting and employee engagement workflows, with reported engagement rates of 84 percent on MyADP and 87 percent on the ADP Mobile app, faster year end ACA processing, and reclaimed administrative time for HR operations.

Casey’s | Retail | 36800 | $15.9B | United States | ADP | ADP DataCloud | Workforce Analytics | 2016 | n/a |
In 2016, Casey’s implemented ADP DataCloud as part of a Workforce Analytics deployment to surface HR signals across its Midwest convenience store footprint of approximately 2,000 locations. The deployment focused on delivering actionable analytics to store managers and HR teams, aligning ADP DataCloud Workforce Analytics with operational decisioning for hiring and employment spend control.
The implementation used ADP DataCloud alongside Executive and Manager Insights and ADP Recruiting Management to provide module-level capabilities for reporting, manager dashboards, and recruit-to-hire record reconciliation. Integration work centered on linking recruiting records with ADP DataCloud analytics to reconcile hire date fields and to populate manager-facing dashboards and mobile notifications. Operational coverage spanned HR and store management, enabling store managers across the Midwest to receive personnel metrics, onboarding status, and employment spend signals at the store level.
Governance changes emphasized tighter HR validation of hire dates and delegated manager workflows for controlling employment spend, with ADP DataCloud acting as the analytical source for those controls. Explicit outcomes stated by the customer included mitigation of WOTC eligibility errors related to hire date discrepancies and improved manager access to HR data to enable real-time staffing and spend decisions.
