Agilysys LMS was provisioned to operate across Choctaws portfolio, which includes 22 gaming locations, approximately 10,000 slot machines, 35 food and beverage venues and nearly 1,000 hotel rooms, enabling unified guest billing and engagement across venues.
Governance for the rollout emphasized vendor-led SaaS infrastructure and support, reducing in-house infrastructure burden and allowing hotel operations to focus on guest services. The program aimed to improve operational efficiencies, reduce costs and enhance the guest experience according to Choctaw leadership, with Agilysys providing implementation support and industry-specific configuration guidance to align workflows and operational best practices.
