The team performed trading partner testing by producing .DAT flat files for 810, 855 and 856 exchanges, collected sample data from the Gentran server, and reprocessed inbound translations to resolve failed EDI messages without data loss.
Governance and rollout activities emphasized testing and operations hygiene, including unit testing, integration testing, end to end testing and user acceptance testing with trading partners and internal stakeholders. Operational ownership extended to Dotcoms operations for Walmart.com, Target.com, Kmart.com, Kohls.com and more, encompassing dropship and direct to DC fulfillment, inventory feeding, forecasting and on time delivery management for approximately 15 million dollars in annual online sales.
Governance and process responsibilities included supporting the ERP transition from Sage MAS90 to CGS BlueCherry ERP, ongoing support for Sage MAS90 and Microsoft Solomon accounting components when required, and establishing operational procedures for job scheduling, reporting cadence, testing and upgrade workflows.
