In 2017, Commissionaires initiated an enterprise ERP transformation program that later implemented Criterion HCM as its Core HR application. The program targeted Human Resources Finance and Operations and formally selected new products in Q4 2018 as part of a consolidated technology roadmap for the organization.
Criterion HCM was deployed as a SaaS Core HR system and configured to support core HR records alongside scheduling time and attendance and call centre dispatching capabilities.
