Governance and process changes included centralizing payroll ownership in finance, embedding approval and remittance workflows, and formalizing reporting cadences for board packs and audits. Outcomes explicitly reported by the Head of Finance included automation and streamlining of reports that saved over half day monthly, and completion of parallel systems projects including Concur and MHR iTrent Payroll implementations.
