Governance and operationalization were driven by requirements gathering with business owners, participation in gate reviews, creation of BR100 MD50 and TE40 documentation and development of process flow training materials. The project responsibilities included providing techno functional resolutions, troubleshooting journal sub ledger transfer and journal import issues, root cause analysis and end user training, focused on finance and procurement teams in the PPG Industries Pittsburgh PA delivery context.
