In 2022 Lodha Group implemented PeopleStrong HCM as its Core HR platform, replacing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. The engagement ran in Mumbai, Maharashtra from June 2022 to February 2023 and targeted consolidation of HR operations across corporate and site functions.
The PeopleStrong HCM deployment emphasized employee relations and case management capabilities, including monitoring and tracking on site grievances and providing formal closures. HR administered personnel plans and procedures, directed programs for regulatory compliance and organizational development, and provided leadership and escalation pathways for employee relations issues at all levels.
