In 2007, Airbus implemented SAP Travel Management to standardize Travel Management and Travel and Expenses processing across its European operations. Airbus deployed a credit card clearing solution covering personal credit card reconciliation and lodged card flows, and the program later introduced Web Dynpro ABAP user interfaces as part of functional evolution.
Project leadership executed technical upgrades as part of the SAP roadmap, including the ECC5 to ECC6 upgrade in 2008 and an upgrade to EHP5 with Web Dynpro ABAP in 2013.
