The implementation focused on functional modules and operational capabilities common to Legal Time and Billing, including client onboarding and enrollment, user and matter provisioning, timekeeper management, billing error troubleshooting, and centralized help request handling. The Electronic Billing Coordinator created training materials and ran coordinator onboarding programs, and the team administered eBillingHub alongside a broader e-billing ecosystem that included Ascent, BillingPoint, Collaboration, Collaborati, CounselGo, CounselLink, Legal Tracker, Tymetrix 360 and roughly 30 additional systems, while using Aderant for internal matter and timekeeper lookups.
Governance and operational rollout were managed by an in-house billing operations team led by the Electronic Billing Coordinator, who handled setup of new users, accounts and matters, tracked and responded to inbox requests, and trained new coordinators across e-billing platforms.
