Governance for the Workhuman Cloud implementation followed Apotex change control and validation practices, with IT techno functional leads overseeing requirements gathering, configuration, interface development, data conversion and test strategies for validated and non validated changes to meet legal and GxP requirements. Ongoing operational responsibilities included maintaining HR interfaces and coordinating annual HR system change processes.

Governance changes included a vendor management model built and implemented to deliver services within defined service levels, cost and quality expectations as vendor usage expanded. The implementation required cross-functional coordination among multiple HR teams, IT teams, and security clearance teams, and resulted in successful transitions and a streamlined user experience reported by the organization.
