Operational scope of the rollout focused on HR and enterprise application stewardship by Apotex enterprise applications specialists who coordinated cross-functional alignment with HR, payroll and learning teams.
Governance for the Workhuman Cloud implementation followed Apotex change control and validation practices, with IT techno functional leads overseeing requirements gathering, configuration, interface development, data conversion and test strategies for validated and non validated changes to meet legal and GxP requirements. Governance changes included a vendor management model built and implemented to deliver services within defined service levels, cost and quality expectations as vendor usage expanded. The implementation required cross-functional coordination among multiple HR teams, IT teams, and security clearance teams, and resulted in successful transitions and a streamlined user experience reported by the organization.
