Consolidated Precision Products | Manufacturing | 3000 | $800M | United States | UKG | UKG Dimensions HR (ex Kronos Workforce Dimensions Core HR) | Core HR | 2020 | n/a | In 2020, Consolidated Precision Products implemented UKG Dimensions HR (ex Kronos Workforce Dimensions Core HR) to operationalize Core HR and benefits administration across its U.S. workforce. The deployment targeted corporate HR in Cleveland, Ohio and the companys U.S. manufacturing locations, supporting roughly 3,200 FTEs referenced in HR staffing and benefits administration activities. The UKG Dimensions HR implementation was configured to deliver Core HR and HCM functionality, including a centralized employee master file, benefits eligibility and enrollment workflows, position and compensation data management, and role based HR service access for site HR teams. The configuration emphasized benefits administration workflows that enable PlanSource interfacing for enrollment and plan data reconciliation, and it aligned system records to support 401k plan administration tasks. Integrations implemented included a documented operational link between UKG Dimensions HCM and the PlanSource benefits administration system, enabling shared employee eligibility data and enrollment event handling. Operational coverage explicitly included corporate HR, on site HR teams at manufacturing plants, and benefits administration processes used by the Benefits Director to support U.S. group benefits for the employee population cited. Governance and process responsibilities were formalized through the Benefits Director role, which acts as subject matter expert for UKG Dimensions HCM and PlanSource, fulfills the companys 401k Plan Administrator responsibilities, and coordinates annual testing and auditing with retirement plan consultants. The implementation supported governance activities such as compliance oversight, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of benefits issues, and the delivery of tools and information to site HR teams to standardize customer service and benefits administration practices. | |
