Goodwill of Colorado Non Profit 3000 $114M United States Go1 Go1 Content Hub Learning and Development 2018 n/a In 2018, Goodwill of Colorado implemented Go1 Content Hub as its Learning and Development platform. The implementation targeted Discover Goodwill's workforce of more than 1,300 team members across retail operations, contracts and mission programs, with initial adoption reaching over 800 active learners, enabling a move away from classroom-centric delivery and manual spreadsheet and paper sign-in tracking. Go1 Content Hub was configured to support core learning workflows including employee onboarding, department-specific training, professional development curricula, and policy and procedure distribution. The deployment emphasized content creation and catalog consumption capabilities, and built-in learner feedback mechanisms that allow employees to leave immediate comments and Return on Experience feedback inside the system rather than via separate surveys. This was the organization’s first Learning Management System and it centralized training administration for remote and in-person staff across the state. The platform provided a single point of record for training completion and user feedback, replacing fragmented tracking methods and standardizing course delivery across operational areas. Operational governance shifted to a centralized Learning and Development function led by the L&D manager, who used Go1 Content Hub to standardize enrollment, completion tracking and learner support workflows. Vendor support and ongoing solution delivery assistance were noted as part of the implementation, with help desk responsiveness cited as instrumental during rollout and ongoing configuration activities. Reported outcomes from the implementation included broad user adoption with over 800 employees actively using the system, improved ability to track and manage training centrally, and positive feedback on affordability and usability. The organization continues to use Go1 Content Hub to scale remote engagement and to streamline routine learning administration and feedback capture.
