Governance included iterative configuration sprints, product owner oversight and formal change control for scheduling policy updates and configuration changes. The solution is provisioned on Workday cloud architecture and positions Workday Scheduling as the centralized scheduling layer in Barclays HR technology stack, consolidating roster configuration, schedule management and manager self-service within the Workforce Scheduling category. Workday Scheduling, as deployed, provides a single system of record for scheduling rules and roster control for HR, workforce planners and managers. | |
