Modules implemented included Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Employee Profile, On Boarding, Performance and Goals, Development, JAM, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management System LMS and Compensation. The SAP SuccessFactors Learning component was positioned to deliver centralized curricula, role based learning paths and compliance training as part of the organization wide professional development and training plan, aligning the application to the Learning and Development category. Architecture and operational coverage used the cloud delivered SAP SuccessFactors suite to centralize employee records, learning assignments and payroll enabled by Employee Central Payroll for hospital payroll processing. The implementation scope covered clinical and administrative functions across hospitals, clinics and nursing schools, enabling consistent onboarding, continuing professional education and performance tied development programs. Integration points focused on unifying HR master data and payroll processing within the SAP SuccessFactors environment. Governance and rollout were executed with Neoris as the system integrator, establishing centralized HR process governance, role based access controls and coordinated rollout to clinical and operational departments. The program consolidated recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation and learning workflows into a single human capital platform, embedding the learning plan and professional development plan into operational HR processes across the health system. | |
