YMCA of Greater New York Non Profit 4000 $200M United States Oracle Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning Learning and Development 2011 n/a In 2011, YMCA of Greater New York implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning as part of a Learning and Development rollout and as phase II of an Oracle V11 Human Resource module program. The implementation was positioned within a broader Oracle portfolio that included prior EBS financials work and subsequent CRM initiatives leveraging Oracle Sales and Marketing Clouds, aligning HR learning capabilities with enterprise finance and customer systems. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning deployment centralized Learning Management functionality and employee self-service workflows, and incorporated Advanced Benefits and Open Enrollment modules from the Oracle V11 HR stack. Configuration and documentation reviews were regularly performed to enforce project standards, business requirements, and version control across the HRMS and associated HR modules. Operational coverage included the YMCA network of 24 branches and more than 100 offsite locations, supporting approximately 4,500 staff across 15 distinct lines of business. The IT organization managed the program with an internal team and managed service provider support, coordinating the Learning and Development application alongside EBS 12.1.3 ERP financials and CRM selections to maintain data and process alignment across back office and member experience systems. Governance was led through an Oracle Steering Committee chaired by the IT executive, with routine presentations to the Board of Directors and executive cabinets, and escalation processes for configuration or budget deviations. The phase II HRMS work explicitly targeted improved employee efficiency, skill, and satisfaction through self-service Learning Management, and the broader EBS financials effort delivered an estimated annual $1.0M in increased efficiencies as reported by the organization.
