Governance was centralized through an eight member L&D team operating from Central Services, with processes designed to align business objectives and individual development needs and to comply with ISO and CMMi aligned organizational training process standards. Program governance and rollout included formalized training policies, frameworks for self learning and e learning, structured career discussions and development plans, and the use of the annual learning plan as the mechanism for budget and program approval. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS - Learning implementation provided a consolidated enterprise learning platform enabling systematic talent identification, leadership development programs, and measurement of learning effectiveness across the group. | |
