Operationally the Playvox environment was provisioned as a centralized QA hub that accommodates varying team sizes, diverse contact center structures, and different working methods and technologies. The centralized data model keeps quality data for all contact centers in the same environment, enabling consistent QA policies, standardized scoring, and cross-center visibility for quality managers and operations leaders. Governance and process changes emphasized standardization of QA workflows and the ability to flex rules per center while retaining centralized control, a requirement articulated by Delivery Hero’s Operations Manager, Service Experience - Logistics. The deployment enabled Delivery Hero to scale its agent base while reducing quality risk by assuring consistent application of the company’s quality standards across contact centers. | |
