Amana Living | Healthcare | 2000 | $150M | Australia | Tambla | Tambla eTivity | Workforce Management,Time and Attendance | 2015 | n/a | In 2015 Amana Living implemented Tambla eTivity to provide centralized time capture and rostering support, deploying Tambla eTivity as a Workforce Management,Time and Attendance application to support payroll processing for its aged care operations. The implementation was positioned to support end to end payroll workflows for roughly 1,500 employees including permanent autopaid staff, part time staff, and casuals across residential and off site care services. The deployment focused on core time and attendance modules, configured for timesheet capture, roster imports, casual timesheet entry, and rules to reflect multiple EBA award classifications. Tambla eTivity was used to standardize electronic timesheet submission, accommodate manual spreadsheet uploads for day club centers, and provide the functional timekeeping foundation for downstream payroll processing. Integrations were implemented with the existing Frontier Chris21 payroll system to enable a data flow from Tambla eTivity into payroll processing, and the solution ingested roster feeds from Comm Care and Etivity rostering databases used across the organization. Operational coverage included the payroll function and rostering teams, and extended to both residential care sites and off site service centers where rostering and timesheet capture occurred. Governance changes emphasized centralizing timesheet intake and improving personnel record handling, supporting a move toward electronic filing and scanned employee documents. Process restructuring aligned rostering inputs, Tambla eTivity time records, and Frontier Chris21 payroll runs to create a repeatable, auditable payroll intake workflow.

Amalie Arena | Leisure and Hospitality | 300 | $55M | United States | ABI MasterMind | ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager | Workforce Management | 2014 | n/a | In 2014, Amalie Arena implemented ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager as its Workforce Management platform for event staffing and guest services. The ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager deployment was positioned to support event operations across sporting events, concerts, and shows, and was used directly by event operations staff and interns assigned to Guest Service and Security teams. Configuration focused on scheduling and communication capabilities to manage shift assignments and team coordination for more than 200 Guest Service and Platinum Service employees. The implementation also included inventory tracking and lost and found workflows, with the ABI MasterMind software used to manage a database of 1000+ misplaced guest inventory items and to administer uniform inventory for frontline staff. Operational coverage centered on event operations in Tampa, with day of event rostering, shift messaging, and inventory custody processes executed through the ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager. Functional terminology aligned to Workforce Management was evident in roster management, shift scheduling, staff communication, and inventory reconciliation for guest-facing teams. End users included event operations personnel, Guest Service teams, Security staff, and temporary event labor, with interns performing database and scheduling administration tasks. Governance and process changes were operational rather than enterprise wide, emphasizing roster control, lost and found custody, and uniform logistics managed through ABI MasterMind Workforce Manager.
