Givaudan Manufacturing 16942 $9.2B Switzerland SAP SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development Succession and Leadership Planning 2014 Arago Consulting In 2014, Givaudan implemented SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development as part of its Succession and Leadership Planning strategy, engaging Arago Consulting and an in house HR solution architect to lead the program. The deployment positioned SAP SuccessFactors Succession and Development to support Givaudan HR talent and succession workflows across performance management and leadership pipelines. The implementation included core SuccessFactors modules, explicitly Performance and Development, Talent and Succession, Recruiting, Learning, and WFA. Configuration work centered on talent profiles, succession pools, development plans, performance review templates, recruiting workflows, and learning enrollments, aligning application configuration with established HR processes for talent lifecycle management. Architecturally the program was delivered with integration between SAP HR and SuccessFactors, reflecting the architect role that spanned both SAP HR and SuccessFactors environments. Integration work focused on synchronizing employee master data and HR attributes to ensure consistent talent records across SAP HR and the cloud based SuccessFactors modules, and on establishing secure user access and identity flows consistent with enterprise HR data practices. Governance and rollout were driven by the HR solution architect in Geneva together with Arago Consulting, with implementation sequencing organized by functional module to limit operational disruption. The program restructured HR workflows for talent review, recruiting intake, learning assignments, and succession planning to align system processes with HR governance and talent management responsibilities.
Givaudan Manufacturing 16942 $9.2B Switzerland SAP SAP SuccessFactors Learning Learning and Development 2014 Arago Consulting In 2014, Givaudan implemented SAP SuccessFactors Learning as part of a broader SAP SuccessFactors suite deployment, aligning learning capabilities with corporate HR operations under the Learning and Development category. The implementation was executed with Arago Consulting as the SI and technical oversight from an internal HR Solution Architect who led SuccessFactors architecture in the Geneva area between 2008 and 2016. The project included configuration and rollout of multiple SuccessFactors modules, explicitly including Performance & Development, Talent & Succession, Recruiting, Learning, and WFA. SAP SuccessFactors Learning was configured to provide centralized learning administration, structured course catalogs, learning assignments and compliance-oriented learning workflows consistent with typical LMS feature sets found in the Learning and Development category. Architecturally, the deployment used the cloud-delivered SAP SuccessFactors suite to unify talent and learning data across the implemented modules, enabling shared user profiles and role-based access across HR, talent management, recruiting and learning teams. Integration activity centered on intra-suite data flows between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and the adjacent SuccessFactors modules implemented in the program, with Arago Consulting coordinating the technical integration and cutover activities. Governance was established under the internal HR Solution Architect function, which defined standardized learning governance, approval workflows and administration roles to support centralized learning operations. Rollout sequencing emphasized module-by-module stabilization, with the HR organization and talent teams as primary operational owners for ongoing learning administration within SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
