In 2019 Huntapac Produce implemented Mitrefinch HR Manager as its Core HR platform. The HR Director led the requirements design and deployment of Mitrefinch HR Manager alongside Mitrefinch Time and Attendance to transform the HR offering, improve workforce culture and prepare a predominantly European workforce for Brexit.
Implementation concentrated on core personnel data management, absence and holiday management, and electronic time capture for frontline packing, growing and distribution teams, reflecting typical Core HR capabilities. The deployment included configuration of role based access, clocking rules and leave policies to align with seasonal labour patterns. Automation of routine HR workflows and digital record keeping were emphasized to centralize employee lifecycle processes.
Operational scope covered the HR function and company wide hourly workforce at Huntapac Produce, with rollout activities driven from the HR leadership role between July and December 2019. Governance changes included formalizing HR process ownership, updating policies to address Brexit related compliance risk and targeted training aimed at cultural change. The narrative centers on system configuration, workforce time and attendance orchestration and process governance rather than integrations or quantified outcomes.
