Governance and process restructuring emphasized standardized templates and approvals for offer letters and personnel actions, one on one and group new hire orientation workflows, and centralized record keeping for audits and compliance. The implementation aligned 22nd Century Technologies CivicHR Core HR Business Function around a single application platform to support consistent recruitment, onboarding, payroll input, and benefits administration processes.
