In 2019 Avjennings implemented TechnologyOne HR and Payroll, adopting the Payroll,Core HR application as part of a broader TechnologyOne whole of business deployment across financials, document management, asset and capital management and human resources. The implementation was scoped for the construction and real estate operator in Australia and centered on consolidating employee records and payroll processing into TechnologyOne HR and Payroll. Deployment focused on core HR and payroll capabilities, including centralized employee master data, payroll computation and payslip generation, leave and absence tracking, and statutory payroll reporting aligned to Australian workplace regulations. TechnologyOne HR and Payroll was configured to support role based access, payroll cadence and tax and superannuation configuration typical of Payroll,Core HR deployments. The HR and Payroll instance was integrated within the TechnologyOne suite to exchange financial posting and document management flows with the companys financials, asset and capital management and document repositories, enabling a shared data model between HR and finance modules. Operational coverage emphasized HR and payroll workflows across HR and finance functions in Australia, with payroll processing orchestrated inside the TechnologyOne HR and Payroll application. Governance workstreams accompanied the technical deployment, establishing centralized payroll controls, approval workflows and audit trails inside TechnologyOne HR and Payroll, and standardizing data governance between human resources and finance teams. Configuration governance and staged rollout planning were used to align payroll processes, compliance settings and employee data stewardship across the organization.
