Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group | Banking and Financial Services | 4762 | $1.3B | Australia | Seertech Solutions | Seertech Learning | Learning and Development | 2018 | n/a | In 2018 Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Group deployed Seertech Learning as its Learning and Development application within the People and Culture function. The rollout was coordinated by a centralised People Systems & Analytics team responsible for HRIS operations across Bendigo, Chandler, and Melbourne, and the implementation emphasized LMS administration, data loading, and ETL enablement. Seertech Learning was configured to support core LMS capabilities including user group management, course and form workflow changes, and administrator controls for content access and reporting. The People Systems & Analytics team implemented processes for data integrity, scripted data loads, automated ETL pipelines to consolidate learning records, and verification routines to monitor report accuracy and completeness. Operational integrations were implemented to operate alongside Technology One, PageUp, and Qualtrics as part of a broader people system landscape, with ETL processes designed to move data between these systems and the LMS. The implementation covered business functions across HR and People & Culture, where Seertech Learning served as the primary Learning and Development application for employee learning lifecycle management and reporting. Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, including structured change management for releases, upgrades, and maintenance, development of user procedures and guidelines, and sprint based agile practices for ongoing enhancements. The People Systems Analyst role was tasked with testing, review, and implementation of system changes, clear stakeholder communication, and partnering with technical staff to apply fixes and configuration updates. Day to day operational scope included administration of Seertech Learning, supporting business requests for modifications and enhancements, designing ETL workflows to support projects, and ensuring data verification and reporting accuracy. The deployment emphasized system stewardship by the People Systems & Analytics team, combining system administration, integration management, and reporting governance for Learning and Development. | |
