Operational coverage extended to the Williams Racing workforce of approximately 690 employees, with over 500 employees attending Lunch and Learn sessions to date and about 200 employees recorded as having attended the manager level programs. The work referenced core competency development across departments and included employees across the company group where applicable. The rollout targeted managers, team leaders and general staff for compliance and skills programs. Governance and process ownership remained with the interim Learning and Development Manager, who drove content marketing, enrollment workflows and alignment of performance reviews with new competency frameworks. The role also included responsibility for implementing a new performance management system scheduled for the September rollout and ensuring performance reviews are carried out.
