Operational coverage focused on Fexco’s contact center environment, including the Fexco Centre in Killorglin, Co Kerry, and involved teams of schedulers, real time analysts and customer service representatives. The NICE Workforce Management deployment incorporated telephony data feeds for adherence and routing visibility and produced structured payroll export files for payroll handling. Governance and process changes were managed by internal Workforce Management specialists who ran scheduling teams, liaised with operations to achieve SLA and occupancy targets, and introduced alternative shift patterns to smooth schedules. Handover and operational ownership remained with the Scheduling and Real Time Manager and solutions analysts who provided ongoing configuration and operational oversight.
