Post go live the implementation delivered explicitly reported operational outcomes, the project finished on time and within budget, interfaces operated without errors, MRP and other runtimes were significantly improved, and response times were optimized through SAP HANA. Agathon retained plans to finalize a switch to S/4HANA Enterprise Management starting mid 2019 with a target completion by the end of 2022, and CRM optimization and data cleansing work continued as follow on activity. | |
