The rollout followed prior regional expansions, with functional deployments extended to sheet metal processing in Görlitz and to service and sales subsidiaries in Germany, the USA and Japan, supporting end-to-end order to service flows across SKAN’s global sites. Governance combined retained internal application and process know-how with long-term partner support, SKAN building internal capabilities in applications, processes and recruiting while GIA and Aveniq provided ongoing support and advisory services.
