The rollout emphasized consistent analytics and reporting capabilities, manager-driven data changes, and consolidated absence and time management processes under one global manager interface. Post-implementation outcomes reported by the case study include all employee data streamlined in one global system, real-time availability of integrated data across modules, simplified processes for data changes and requisition tasks, centralized global time management, on-demand employee vacation and leave balances, and improved team absence visibility. User adoption services and post go-live support were part of the engagement to stabilize operations and reinforce governance.
