The program also included a validated learning management integration, with the Solution Architect responsible for validation activities to meet life sciences compliance expectations. Governance combined a centralized IT lead and solution architecture oversight with a global roadmap for phased rollouts and change control, emphasizing configuration management and validation traceability for regulated processes. Operational delivery emphasized close collaboration between HR and Corporate IT for integration and project support, aligning SuccessFactors capabilities with enterprise talent workflows.
