Integrations were explicitly implemented to automate data flows from Recruiting and Onboarding into Employee Central and to incorporate candidate documents into onboarding workflows, reducing repetitive manual entry. Operational support is provided under a hours based support contract with Talenteam that delivers incident management, process enhancement, end user support, customer admin enablement training and access to a knowledge base, and an integrated ticket management system enables HR first line escalation to Talenteam consultants for resolution and consultancy.
Governance and process transformation were organized through country specific onboarding panels to standardize data globally while accommodating local field requirements, with the Clariant HR team owning initial issue triage and escalation pathways. The program targets streamlined hiring and onboarding, increased data accuracy, improved employee experience and continuity in global HCM through ongoing optimisation and a sustained partnership with Talenteam.
