ACS Group Construction and Real Estate 157284 $47.1B Spain Meta4 Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR 2014 n/a
In 2014, ACS Group implemented Meta4 PeopleNet as its enterprise Core HR system. The implementation positioned Meta4 PeopleNet to manage payroll inputs and HR records across the organization, establishing a central application for employee-related processing within the Core HR domain. The project focused on operationalizing incident management for all delegations through ERP NAVISION, capturing incidents and attendance inputs at the site level. Those transactional records were exported, in a volcado de datos process, into ERP META4 where payroll calculation and payroll run orchestration occurred, aligning incident capture with pay computation. Architecturally the solution relied on system-to-system data transfers between NAVISION and ERP META4, with Meta4 PeopleNet acting as the authoritative Core HR payroll calculation engine. The deployment affected HR and payroll business functions and centralized incident-to-payroll workflows across ACS Group delegations, requiring governance over data feeds and payroll processing handoffs.
Ambatovy Oil, Gas and Chemicals 3000 $1.0B Madagascar Meta4 Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR 2015 n/a
In 2015 Ambatovy implemented Meta4 PeopleNet as its Core HR system for its Madagascar operations, establishing a centralized HRIS to support enterprise payroll and workforce management. The Meta4 PeopleNet deployment was scoped to HCM and payroll workflows and explicitly included Time and Attendance management, with payroll processing configured for approximately 3,400 employees. Configuration work centered on Payroll, HCM, and Time and Attendance modules, supported by iterative group workshops that collected and analyzed business requirements and produced solution design documentation. The implementation team performed Payroll process reviews and Training GAP analysis, and customized Meta4 PeopleNet to reflect local statutory and operational payroll rules and to support ongoing production support and project delivery. Meta4 PeopleNet was configured as the single source of employee data and integrated operationally with downstream business systems, with employee master data and payroll outputs transferred to Baan for finance processing and to the enterprise asset management system EAM. Operational ownership included HR leadership, HR Business Partners, the CFO organization, and Information Technology, and the HRIS supported day to day helpdesk services, incident troubleshooting, and change request analysis. Governance practices included iterative requirements mapping, solution design signoff, go live support, and post go live incident trend analysis to identify module improvements. The rollout achieved the stated objectives of implementing the Payroll process and Time and Attendance management, and ongoing workstreams produced operational reports and business solution improvement recommendations for HR and payroll operations.
Bershka Spain Retail 6000 $1.5B Spain Meta4 Meta4 PeopleNet Core HR 2015 n/a
In 2015 Bershka Spain implemented Meta4 PeopleNet as its Core HR platform to consolidate employee master data and standardize HR processes across subsidiaries and affiliated brands. The program was executed as a portfolio of country-level projects that gathered specific requirements and produced a reusable global template applied across Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Oysho, Lefties, Zara Home and Uterqüe. Configuration and functional design focused on Core HR capabilities including centralized employee records, organizational management, and HR reporting and analytics, with functional documents produced by the global IT department and validated by the local team. Bershka Spain’s department acted as the primary business analyst function, reviewing and approving functional specifications, coordinating testing cycles, and driving onsite implementations of Meta4 PeopleNet in each subsidiary. Operational coverage included Human Resources teams across multiple countries and all listed brands, with workstreams for requirements gathering, data extraction and analysis, creation of ad hoc reports, and targeted information retrieval for stakeholders. The department provided continuous support to HR stakeholders on projects and ad hoc data needs, serving as the interface between business users in each country and the global IT organization. Program governance combined a central team that designed the global template with local project teams responsible for country-specific configuration and rollout, while the department participated in planning, analysis and development of human resources strategy, associated budget and future projects for the framework.
