Traceability features such as internal notes, change logs, and the chatter feed were applied to invoices and manufacturing orders to improve collaboration and auditability.
Governance and process restructuring focused on formalizing payroll salary rules, standardizing invoicing concepts for DIAN compliance, and reducing manual paperwork in case management and inventory reconciliation.
