Operational coverage extended to site server management and terminal farm infrastructure used across the division, enabling single point maintenance and reduction of on-site hardware requirements by leveraging terminals. Automated ETL processes moved data from the Mexico data warehouse to UK databases, and Active Directory account management, backup and disaster recovery routines were maintained as part of the operational support model.
Governance and rollout were led by in-house systems developers and systems engineers who developed, managed and delivered the analytical suite, trained technical staff, and established procedures for system performance, change control and daily DR validation.
