Configuration work focused on mapping enrolment and attendance workflows to centre operating practices, and on building SSRS style operational reports and scheduled ETL feeds to support business intelligence requirements.
Operational integrations were established with existing enterprise applications, including the Corporate CRM Application referenced in internal operations, Kronos time and attendance, QuickKids and Peoplesoft for HR and payroll related data synchronization. The implementation used a SQL Server based backend, with database administration spanning SQL Server versions 2000 through 2014, and BI data tools for reporting, ETL and cubes to feed analytics and operational dashboards.
