The configuration also covered Procure to Pay workflows such as purchasing, self service procurement, procurement sourcing and spend analytics, with functional specifications and solution prototypes produced to guide development and acceptance criteria.
Architecturally the solution was delivered with cloud technologies and integrated into the existing application landscape, explicitly linking Zycus Supplier Network to Coupa and Oracle EBS for ERP supplier structures, and leveraging ServiceNow for ITSM workflows and Power BI for spend and supplier analytics. The team maintained visibility of upstream and downstream systems and executed supplier migration and mapping exercises consistent with Oracle supplier structure requirements.

Solution design work included creation of functional specifications, test case definition for UAT coordination with business users and planned application maintenance and patching cycles. The implementation emphasized simplification and standardization of procurement processes, with the Zycus Supplier Network providing the supplier relationship backbone for Air Liquide Malaysia within the Supplier Relationship Management category.
