Project governance emphasized international program management capability, strong client supplier collaboration, and change management to address remote working constraints and social distancing requirements experienced during the COVID period. Early operational outcomes cited in program reporting include a 97 percent adoption rate achieved in five weeks for the first performance campaign run on the new platform.
