Standard Core HR functional workflows were instrumented, including employee master data management, compensation cycle workflows, performance appraisal orchestration, and analytics reporting to support HR operations and leadership decisioning. Project workstreams covered data migration and process integrations from SAP HCM (HR), coordinated technical cutover planning, and cross‑functional integration points with IT, group HR leads, internal HR administrators, and multiple vendor teams. BSC Global served as the systems integrator collaborating with Lupins internal HR and technology sponsors to scope integrations, validate data conversion, and ensure role and security configurations matched HR governance.
