Configuration work focused on mapping recognition events to HR lifecycle triggers managed in Employee Central and aligning role-based access to existing SuccessFactors roles and permissions.
Operational integrations and data handoffs were established to ensure interoperability with the talent ecosystem, specifically linking user provisioning and HR event signals from Employee Central, feeding analytics and reporting into Gem Analytics, and operating alongside Paradox ai within candidate and onboarding workflows. Integration and orchestration responsibilities were executed by internal IT developers, HR Technology, and selected third-party vendors, maintaining system-level interfaces rather than point solutions.
Governance and support were structured as a combined BAU and project model, with the Talent Systems Manager acting as lead systems administrator for ongoing configuration, incident remediation, and enterprise project work. Cross-functional governance included HR Business process owners, HR Technology, Internal IT Developers and third-party vendors, who jointly defined and executed user, system and project requirements for Semos JobPts.

Operational coverage targeted People and Culture and HR functions globally, supporting nomination workflows, reward catalog configuration, and engagement reporting for local HR teams. The rollout completed the full recognition and rewards program in two months and achieved a 30 percent nomination participation rate in the first nomination period, with governance organized around centralized configuration and local flexibility to sustain employee engagement.
