Operational coverage spanned HR and payroll functions across the three airports, and the implementation involved coordination with the Agresso Implementation Team on technical and functional deliverables. Governance was centralized under the programme lead who provided strategic guidance for all members of the Agresso Implementation Team and managed stakeholders including the client group of three airports and the vendor Unit4. The project culminated in a successful Go Live, and Unit4 subsequently confirmed this as one of the fastest implementations on record for the product.
