Unit4 Business World HR was configured as the primary Core HR system, delivering HR and payroll functional modules and associated configuration for employee records, payroll feeds, and HR workflow orchestration. The implementation scope included data migration activities led by a replacement Technical Workstream Lead to ensure successful transfer and reconciliation of personnel and payroll data.
Integration work included interfacing Unit4 Business World HR to all related systems used across the AGS estate, with explicit responsibility for end to end interfaces to payroll and other operational systems at each airport. Operational coverage spanned HR and payroll functions across the three airports, and the implementation involved coordination with the Agresso Implementation Team on technical and functional deliverables.
Governance was centralized under the programme lead who provided strategic guidance for all members of the Agresso Implementation Team and managed stakeholders including the client group of three airports and the vendor Unit4. The project culminated in a successful Go Live, and Unit4 subsequently confirmed this as one of the fastest implementations on record for the product.
