In 2020, AlveoLand implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation as part of a broader Oracle Cloud HCM rollout, with the work focused on Compensation Management. The deployment targeted the construction and real estate company in the Philippines, covering a 2,500 employee population, and positioned Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation as the central system for pay planning and compensation governance within the enterprise HCM footprint.
The implementation included Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Oracle Time and Labor, a Payroll Interface, Oracle Learning Cloud, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation was configured to support standard compensation management workflows, including compensation cycles, merit and bonus planning, and multi stage approval workflows, with role based access aligned to HR and finance responsibilities.
Integration work included the Payroll Interface and Oracle Time and Labor to ensure payroll and timekeeping feeds, and functional integration with Recruiting Cloud and Learning Cloud to align talent and development data to compensation decisions. The project was executed by EvoSys and ran from March 2020 to October 2020, indicating a phased cloud deployment across HR, payroll, talent, and learning operations in the Philippines.
Governance changes centered on a unified HR data model and formalized compensation approval chains, shifting compensation decisioning into the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation framework and establishing role based controls and auditability for pay actions. Change and rollout activities were coordinated between HR and finance stakeholders with EvoSys supporting configuration and integration tasks.
