Operational integration work included Payroll Interface connectivity and limited FSCM involvement through Commitment Control, plus bolt-on modules such as disciplinary action, grievance and canteen subsidy where applicable. Testing and release processes were structured through system integration testing, component integration testing, regression cycles and user acceptance testing, supported by HP ALM for test case management and active helpdesk and triage calls for production support. Governance combined traditional HRIS change controls with agile delivery methods, the engagement fielded Business Analyst, Test Manager and Scrum Master roles to manage requirements, fit gap analysis and testing. Project artifacts included RFPs, Business Continuity Plan, test plans, test strategy, test metrics, requirement specifications, traceability matrices and PWG meetings, while security responsibilities covered creation of user profiles, roles and permission lists and participation in the security refresh process.
