Operational coverage centered on HR and talent management functions across the UK workforce, with the Core HCM lead retaining governance accountability for configuration, operational readiness and post go live hypercare. The go live achieved a smooth launch, with the implementation partner advising significantly fewer issues seen compared to an average go live.
