The IFS HCM implementation centralized employee records and organizational structures for offshore staff and onshore personnel, and was configured to operate alongside the IFS maintenance and supply chain capabilities used on rig fleets and at the Riyadh headquarters. Rollout governance followed a nine month schedule, provisioning the solution to 2,400 users across operations and consolidating disparate business systems into the IFS platform. Project governance blended application configuration, role based access for offshore crews, and operations alignment between maintenance, procurement, and HR teams. According to ARO Drilling IT Director Anas Mosa, IFS Applications has improved procurement and inventory management and enabled more efficient maintenance of critical equipment on the companys rigs. | |
