Operational scope included multi-company employee data management to support personnel employed simultaneously in several PZU Group companies, eliminating the need to relogin between systems, and a full migration of employee and contractor historical data into the SAP HCM Payroll environment. The project engaged implementation partner Gavdi Group for the SuccessFactors rollout and relied on TalenTeam as an operational technology partner to provide rapid issue resolution, specialist learning technology consultancy, and ongoing training.
