Operational integrations include an integrated ticket management system that routes unresolved issues from Clariants HR team to the Talenteam Support Service under an hours based support contract. Talenteam provides second line incident management, process enhancement consultancy, customer admin enablement training, and access to a knowledge base, enabling a clear first line HR support and escalation model.
Governance and process transformation were organized as an ongoing HR process improvement programme, led jointly by Clariants HR Solutions and Talenteam, to review, streamline and optimise global hiring and onboarding workflows. The programme deploys structured country specific workshops and panels, uses the support contract to provision ongoing optimisation work, and embeds new incident and change workflows to sustain continuity and institutional knowledge for global HCM operations.
