The program reviewed 24 countries to define and design leave management system and processes, aligning in-country payroll feeds with centralized payroll processing where possible.
Governance and process harmonization were structured with Ernst and Young acting as project owner for policy harmonization, driving standardization of leave and payroll policies. Operational integration points were established with HR master data feeds, finance payroll accounting touchpoints and technology operations for batch interfaces and secure data transfer, while payroll controls and audit trails were instrumented to support shared services operations.
Governance included role based access, centralized payroll calendars, standardized payroll processing procedures and a service delivery design that aligned HR, Finance and Operations workflows to a single payroll engine. The engagement included process optimization efforts to streamline validations and exception handling across payroll runs.

In 2020, Ariston Group France implemented ADP Celergo for Payroll. The ADP Celergo deployment was targeted at company payroll operations supporting the Paris HR organization and Compensation & Benefits, concentrating payroll processing, social declarations, and reporting workflows.
Implementation work included configuring ADP Celergo payroll engines, social reporting processes, and compensation reporting capabilities aligned with the company HRIS and payroll control requirements. The project scope encompassed payroll process orchestration, validation checkpoints prior to payroll transfer, and the production and analysis of specific compensation studies used by HR and Compensation & Benefits teams.
Integrations were explicitly instrumented between ADP Celergo and SAP TIME as part of the internal GTA upgrade, and via the SAP/ADP DECIDIUM interfaces to sustain HRIS data flows.
