Governance included targeted technical augmentation and cross-functional coordination between HR payroll teams and finance to operationalize the enhanced interface. The outcome of the 2013 integration was that A.T. Governance and rollout activities centered on security, workflow and operational readiness, with a documented security matrix for salary planning and eCompensation, multi-level approval workflow rules in eCompensation Desktop Manager, configuration documentation to capture compensation plans and eligible earnings, and full life cycle ePerformance delivery. Deliverables included templates, user guides, FAQs, training manuals, process flows, test cases and scripts, UAT execution, troubleshooting and post go-live end user support, and ongoing maintenance of system tables and process documentation.
